Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a fair and transparent process for all claims of missing items, incorrect products, or product damage during transit, we require mandatory video proof for all returns, exchanges, and refund requests.

The Video Requirement

All customers must provide a single, continuous, and unedited video of the product being unboxed to be eligible for any return, refund, or exchange. This is referred to as the "Mandatory Unboxing Video."

How to Record Your Mandatory Unboxing Video

Your video must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Start Before Opening: The video must begin with the unopened, original shipping package clearly showing the shipping label (including your name and tracking number).
  2. Continuous & Uncut: The video must be a single, uninterrupted, and unedited recording. Do not pause, cut, edit, or splice the video at any point.
  3. Clear Visibility: The video must clearly show the process of:
  • Slicing open the package.
  • Removing the product and all inner packaging materials.
  • Showing all sides of the product to confirm its condition.
  • Displaying the final product and all contents (accessories, manuals, etc.) clearly.
  • Audio On: The audio must be clear throughout the entire video.

Ineligibility for Returns

Your return, exchange, or refund request will be immediately denied if:

  • No Video Provided: The Mandatory Unboxing Video is not submitted with your claim.
  • Video is Edited: The video has been paused, cut, edited, or tampered with in any way.
  • Video Starts Late: The video does not show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
  • Package Already Open: The package seal is broken or the product is taken out of the package before the recording starts.

Submitting a Claim

If you have an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damage, or missing components):

  • Do not use or attempt to fix the product. Keep all original packaging.
  • Contact our support team within 6 days of delivery. 
  • Attach your Mandatory Unboxing Video along with a clear description of the issue.

Claims without the required video proof will be processed solely based on our internal quality checks and shipping records.
