Partial Payment Policy
- To place an order with India Shop 360, customers are required to make a partial payment in advance as per the terms below.
1. Advance Partial Payment
- A partial payment of [20%] of the total order amount must be paid at the time of placing the order.
- This advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.
2. Order Confirmation
- Once the partial payment is successfully received and verified, the order will be confirmed.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number after order confirmation.
3. Payment Proof Requirement
- After making the partial payment, customers must send a payment screenshot as proof of payment.
- The screenshot must be shared via WhatsApp or text message (SMS) to 9911030027 or 8595396441.
- Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment proof is received.
4. Remaining Balance Payment
- The remaining balance amount must be paid in cash at the time of receiving the order.
- Delivery will only be completed after full payment is received.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the customer cancels the order before dispatch, the partial payment will be handled according to our cancellation terms.
- If the customer cancels the order after dispatch, the partial payment will not be refunded.
- In such cases, the partial payment will be considered as courier/shipping charges.
6. Non-Compliance
Failure to follow the payment or confirmation process may result in order delay or cancellation.
India Shop 360 reserves the right to cancel any order if the payment terms are not met.
7. Agreement
By placing an order and making a partial payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Partial Payment Policy.
